HAN XIAOLU worked as Insurance and Claims Manager, ship insurance broker, ship sale and purchase broker, and commercial manager at the leading private ship related companies located mainly in China and Hong Kong and other off-shore countries prior to establishing Atlas Ocean Island Limited. She is a graduate of the Merchant Marine Academy and her experience and knowledge are sought for advice and consultancy on complicated matters.

Adrian Walker

He handled and supervised a number of P&I and H&M related matters since joining the Company and is actively involved in day-to-day operations of the business.
He holds a MSc Finance and Economics degree (with Merits) from London School of Economics and Political Science and a First Class BA Business and Management from University of Exeter, UK. He is fluent in English and German. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst Charter in 2012 and is a CFA Charterholder.

Alice Wood

Prior to joining the company, she worked for various reputable shipowners for 10 years at managerial levels including underwriting and claims handling of fleet vessels. She is an expert on chemical tanker operations and his advice on tankers is sought on complicated matters within the industry.
She holds a BA in Maritime Transportation and Management Engineering in 2008.

Jack Wright

He is an experienced maritime professional with over 8 years of expertise in vessel navigation, operations, and chartering.
He has held various roles such as Chief Officer, Sea Freight & Logistics Manager and customer advocacy, sales support, and operations interface with multinational companies like Columbia Shipping Management GmbH and Viking Lifesaving Equipment.
